when it comes to preparing for an interview is very intimidating because your not meeting with someone to talk about how wonderful they think you are, but to see your skills and qualifications for the job the individual is applying for. when it comes to an interview no matter if you don't like the interviewer you have to maintain that first impression. i remember applying for Aeropostale. i kept thinking it was going to be a one on one interview but when i got to the site it was actually a group interview. i didn't get the job because i didn't have that confidence i would probably have in private. so in the three websites i posted on my blog it gives you tips in how to prepare for any kind of interviews. its very beneficial because for someone like me who don't know how to nail an interview can get ways on how to be better at handling an interview.
some people do well in group interview because they can pigy back on answeres. dont feel bad, a one on one is essential for the employer. the group sessions are for them to see how you may work and be around fellow employees. more of a personality thing. You have a good personality, so it shouldnt hold you back.
